For orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Pennsylvania, USA, Mosaic Engineering, Inc. will automatically charge applicable sales tax. For orders shipped to other states, the buyer is solely responsible for all sales and other taxes. For all orders to be delivered to addresses outside the United States, orders will be shipped FOB/FCA State College, Pennsylvania (Intercoms 2010), and the buyer assumes all liability for any applicable duties and taxes.
