If for any reason you are dissatisfied with products that you purchase, Mosaic Engineering, Inc. (hereafter "we") will accept them for return within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to the shipping address, and issue a full refund of your purchase price in the same form of payment with which you placed your order. To return a product you must receive an RMA number from us; please email us at [email protected] if you would like to request an RMA number. Packages received without a clearly indicated RMA number may be refused upon receipt. Only the full purchase price of any product will be refunded; shipping charges are not refundable. Products returned for refund must be in like-new condition, with no signs of wear or damage, and must include all product packaging and other associated materials. Custom optical filters and other items specially fabricated to customer specifications are not returnable for refund. Cosmetic-grade stock items returned for refund may be subject to a restocking fee.
